Graduate Students: Grow beyond your discipline with the Tidal Leadership Program

Interested in building effective working relationships with people, no matter their—or your—background, degree, or professional title? This spring, join us for HD 586, a for-credit course to help you develop the essential interpersonal skills necessary for success in the workplace, regardless of academic specialty or area of research.

Our next course begins January 11, 2016, presented through the WSU Center for Transformational Learning & Leadership.

Leadership ability does not hinge on a title, position, or area of expertise. Authentic leadership demands courage, integrity and the willingness to ebb and flow with the demands of the external environment while also remaining true to one’s own vision and values. Built on intentional, value-based choices, it requires regular practice to ensure success. The Tidal Leadership Certificate Program is designed to ignite the leadership potential in everyone.

Twelve modules, presented by skilled facilitators, use videos, group discussions, and engaging activities to deliver the principles of Tidal Leadership in an interactive format.
