Get fit during your lunch hour

Are you tired of sitting at your desk during lunch break? The Faculty & Staff Fitness Program can help you reclaim your lunch hour. Taking time for 30 minutes of exercise not only improves your health and wellbeing but also contributes to increased productivity.  With a membership, faculty and staff have the opportunity to get fit on weekdays between the hours of 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. in designated areas such as the Gibb pool, PEB Fitness Room and the Field House.  Additionally, classes and personal training sessions are available.

Starting November 1, faculty and staff can purchase an annual membership valid until August 31, 2016 for $169. This membership fee is eligible for payroll deduction.  For more information or to sign up for the Faculty & Staff Fitness Program visit facultystafffitness.wsu.edu.
