Conflict Resolution and Negotiation featured in Department Chairs Workshops

Dr. Tom Tripp will lead the discussion in the next Department Chairs and Directors Workshop series. Entitled Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, his presentation focuses on:  

– Sources of conflict within the workplace
– Strategies for dealing with conflict
– Personal conflict management styles
– Basic negotiation strategies
– Basic negotiation scenario constructions

The session originates in Vancouver on Wednesday, November 4, (7:30-9 a.m.) and is available statewide via AMS Videoconferencing Services.  All employees are welcome to attend.  Please register in advance through the enrollment link at https://hrs.wsu.edu/Department+Chairs+and+Directors+Workshops.
