September Information Technology Services billing statements available

September 2015 Information Technology Services (ITS) billing statements are now available. If you have signature authority access, or have been delegated by a signature authority for access, you may view your ITS charge detail, summary reports, and spreadsheets at: https://statements.it.wsu.edu/ .    For questions regarding this communication please contact CougTech by email at its.ldbilling@wsu.edu, or by phone at 335-4357.

ITS continues to work with Frontier Communications to resolve ongoing billing and service issues. At this time ITS has resumed pass through billing for domestic long distance calls. Your September billing statement includes those charges from July 1st through August 25th. Moving forward ITS will bill monthly for domestic long distance calls.

To this time ITS has been unable to resolve issues with Frontier international long distance service; we have not resumed pass through billing for this service. When these are resolved ITS will resume billing for international long distance from the start of fiscal year 2016 forward.
