Celebrate hearty German cuisine with Oktoberfest at the WSU dining centers! On Oct. 6, 7 and 8 you can enjoy a variety of traditional foods inspired by master chefs from Deutschland. These dishes feature time-honored favorites like bratwurst and healthy sides like red cabbage.
You can enjoy Oktoberfest meals at all three dining centers throughout the week: Northside Café dinner on Oct. 6, Hillside Café lunch on Oct. 7, and Southside Café dinner on Oct. 8. Lunch takes place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and dinner takes place from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
The Oktoberfest menu includes beer-braised brisket, bratwurst with sauerkraut, red cabbage with apple, hot German potato salad, and spaetzle—a tasty noodle-like dumpling. For more information, visit: dining.wsu.edu/events
