Sensory training for solid snack foods

You are invited to participate in a panel of subjects trained to evaluate the texture and flavor of solid snack foods. There will be 13 training sessions followed by formal evaluations. Panel training sessions will be Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday afternoons starting Tuesday, Oct. 6. Sessions will last for 90 minutes (exact time of day TBD). Formal evaluation sessions will begin on November 9. You will receive a Ferdinand’s coupon after each session and a $100 gift card at the end of the panel.
