myWSU: Schedule Builder

The Registrar’s Office in coordination with Enterprise Systems Group has created scheduling roles in zzusis for use by Academic Schedulers in departments and colleges beginning with the Spring 2016 schedule.  These roles are expected to be assigned in late March and training is being provided on the use and update of schedule of data in zzusis.  Academic schedulers and approvers for the Pullman and Global campuses should plan on attending one training session.  The training session will cover the roles, access, data and expected use of this data for creating the class schedule for Spring 2016 and future terms.  These roles will replace the use of ROOMS for Spring 2016 and beyond.

September Sessions:

9/15 – 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.

9/17 – 10 – 11 a.m.

9/22 – 10 – 11 a.m.

9/24 – 1:30 – 2:30 p.m.
