Using a Purchasing Card at The Bookie

Just a friendly reminder! Please bring a purchase-permission slip to The Bookie when you need to use a purchasing card at the store. The permission slip should include the following:

  • Card Holder’s name and signature
  • Name and signature of the person making the purchase
  • Expressed permission from the Card Holder for the “purchaser” to use the card at The Bookie
  • Date the purchase should be made
