Information Technology Services service request system updated!

Information Technology Services has updated their Service Request System. See What’s New. The new system is available now: https://servicerequest.it.wsu.edu. The new and old systems will run concurrently until April 27, when the old system will be retired. The two systems share the same data, so work performed in one will be seen in the other.
