March Aquatics

It’s time to make a splash in your workout routine! UREC Aquatic activities are the perfect way to stay healthy, fit, and to challenge your traditional workout routine! During Fitness Session II from March 9-May 3, enjoy a variety of aquatic programs including Swim Lessons, Water Aerobics, Certifications, and everything in between!

Dive into a new aquatic workout routine during the month of March with these fitness courses:

  • Aqua Fit Water Aerobics: March 9-May 3, registration ends April 3
  • Butterfly Swim Clinic: March 10, FREE registration ends March 10
  • Youth Swim Lessons: March 20-May 9 or March 22-May 10, registration ends March 20
    • Lessons are available on Saturdays and Sundays at various times
  • Preschool Swim Lessons: March 21-May 9 or March 22-May 10, registration ends March 20
    • Preschool lessons are available on Saturdays and Sundays at various times
  • American Red Cross Water Safety Instructor Course: March 27-April 5, registration ends March 23
  • Women’s Only-Swim Lessons: March 23-April 15, registration ends March 23
  • Adult Beginner-Swim Lessons: March 24-April 16, registration ends March 24
  • Adult Intermediate – Swim Lessons: March 24-April 16, registration ends March 24
  • Backstroke Swim Clinic: March 24, FREE registration ends March 24
