February 26 – Supervisor as leader (videoconferenced)

What is leadership? What is your leadership style? This course looks at a variety of leadership styles and theories, with an emphasis upon the application of Blanchard’s Situational Leadership model. Recommended for all WSU supervisors. This course takes place February 26th, from 9:30AM-11:30AM.
