“Interpersonal Relations and Group Decision-Making” by Dr. Craig D. Parks

Work groups often struggle to make effective, high-quality decisions, despite having highly capable and motivated members, and ample resources.  A common cause of such struggles is problematic social relations among the group members.  We will look at some of the most common problematic relations, and discuss techniques for overcoming these difficulties.
