Spartan Training

Are you looking for an above and beyond workout experience? Spartan Training is a small, group-based strength and endurance training program that will set you apart from the rest. This workout is designed around the movie “300” and is similar to the training actors and stuntmen had. The program allows both novices and advanced weight lifters to participate and is very customizable. After 12 weeks of training, you will receive the tile of “Spartan.”  The cost of the class varies from $163-$190 depending on how many days the class meets and your membership status. Training begins on Jan. 19 and ends May 3.
