Do you like sparkling wine? 

Come to our sparkling wine panel!

When: Wednesday, January 14 and Friday, January 16. Must be able to attend both sessions.

Where: Food Science and Human Nutrition Building (1st floor) Room 103/155 (Central kitchen)

What’s your commitment: Taste sparkling wines, answer questions about the sensory properties of these wines, and receive a $5 coupon to Ferdinand’s. Each day of evaluations will last approximately one hour total.

*Must be 21 years of age to participate* I.D. required
