Videoconferencing Services Availability During Winter Holiday Break

Please be reminded that if you plan to hold videoconferences in Academic Media Services videoconference enabled rooms during the Winter Holiday Break, the scheduling process needs to be finished by Monday, December 15, at 5 p.m.
Staff members are not able to take annual leave while classes are in session, therefore, AMS operations during Winter Holiday Break, at all sites, are staffed at a skeletal level to allow staff to take annual leave during these holiday periods.

*** AMS may not be able to accommodate any requests after Monday, December 15th for activities planned for December 22 – January 6***
