Student Financial Services Open House Celebration

The Student Financial Services (SFS) staff is excited to extend an invitation to the WSU community to attend its Open House Celebration on Wednesday, November 5.  Please feel free to drop in anytime between 3 and 6 p.m. that day for light refreshments and a close-up look of the SFS operation.  SFS Assistant Vice President Brian Dixon will provide perspectives and comments at 4 and 5 p.m. The following “behind the scenes” experiences will also be available for visitors:

  • Connect with SFS staff members including Regional Campus partners
  • Listen in on a “live” customer call in the SFS Communications Center
  • Sit at an advisor station and use the FinAid Scheduler appointment system firsthand
  • Check out the SFS 411 intranet information system along with its growing social media
  • See innovative, paperless processes being used
