A crucial part to staying healthy is joint and muscle mobility. Join University Recreation for a free session on how to properly stretch, loosen and mobilize problem areas that could potentially lead to an injury. The class is taught by a knowledgeable personal trainer and is free for both SRC members and nonmembers. Nonmembers must purchase a day pass to utilize this workshop.
