The Importance of Stretching and Mobilization

A crucial part to staying healthy is joint and muscle mobility. Join University Recreation for a free session on how to properly stretch, loosen and mobilize problem areas that could potentially lead to an injury.  The class is taught by a knowledgeable personal trainer and is free for both SRC members and nonmembers. Nonmembers must purchase a day pass to utilize this workshop. Join us Nov. 13 in SRC Room 142 from 8-9 a.m. Registration ends Nov. 13, so sign up today!
