Register for Lifeguard Training!

University Recreation is offering adult and youth lifeguard certifications. The adult lifeguard certification is open to anyone who is 18 years or older and the youth certification is open to participants that are 15-17 years old. Participants that successfully complete the course will be certified in American Red Cross Lifeguarding, CPR/AED, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens Training. Registration for training is $190 for SRC members and $205 for non-members. The trainings will take place in the Gibb Swimming Pool. Dates and times are listed below.

Youth Lifeguard Training

Friday, Oct. 17, 5-10 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 18, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Adult Lifeguard Training

Friday, Oct. 17, 5-10 p.m.

Saturday, Oct. 18, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.

Sunday, Oct. 19, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
