Guten Appetit! Oktoberfest Comes to WSU Dining Centers

Celebrate hearty German cuisine with Oktoberfest at WSU dining centers! On Oct. 7, 8 and 9 you can enjoy a variety of traditional foods inspired by master chefs from Deutschland. These dishes feature time-honored standards like bratwurst and healthy sides like red cabbage.

You can catch the WSU Dining Services event at all three dining centers throughout the week: Hillside Café lunch on Oct. 7, Northside Café lunch on Oct. 8, and Southside Café dinner on Oct. 9. Lunches take place from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and dinners take place from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

The Oktoberfest menu includes beer braised brisket, bratwurst with sauerkraut, jaeger schnitzel, red cabbage with apple, hot Oktoberfest German potato salad, and spaetzle—a tasty noodle-like dumpling.
