Groups Invited to the First Open Poverty Awareness Week Planning Meeting

Poverty Awareness Week is coming up November 16-22, and the Center for Civic Engagement is looking for student groups, classes and community partners who are interested in taking part in planning for the week. If your group is interested in sponsoring an event during this week or assisting with this week’s development, please send a representative to the first Poverty Awareness Week planning meetingof the year on Thursday, October 2, at 1 p.m. in CUB 206. If your group cannot send a representative to this meeting but you are still interested in participating, please email Erin McIlraith, CCE Marketing & Communications Coordinator, at emcilraith@wsu.edu.
