Historical Archaeology Colloquium

Dr. Héctor Hernández, a visiting scholar from the Universidad Autónoma de Yucatán, will be giving a colloquium this Thursday afternoon at 4:10 p.m. in 125 College Hall. Dr. Hernandez will discuss his research on household archaeology in the Hacienda San Pedro Cholul in Yucatán, México. He will present findings from two field seasons about the hacienda’s workers, called peones, and their household activities, use of space, and daily life.
