Labor Day Weekend with the ORC

Don’t know what to do for Labor Day Weekend? University Recreation’s Outdoor Recreation Center has two trips planned! You can spend Aug. 29 – Sept. 1 kayaking through scenic British Columbia along the glacially carved Slocan Lake. This trip through the beautiful Canadian wilderness will allow paddlers to advance their kayaking skills and forge new friendships.  If you prefer a backcountry trek, the ORC is also going backpacking through Glacier National Park!  This trip showcases one of the nation’s most stunning national parks that spans two mountain ranges, numerous lakes, and is home to thousands of plant and animal species! Sign up for either trip before July 23 to receive $25 off your registration. On July 24, prices for both of these incredible trips return to $150 for SRC members and $200 for non-members.
