Electronic Sponsored Project Activity Request

The Office of Procedures, Records, and Forms and Sponsored Programs Services are pleased to announce the availability of a new electronic Sponsored Project Activity Request (SPAR) for use by University departments who make changes to sponsored project accounts. This online form is the third form to be included in a browser-based University E-Forms System that is accessed using Network ID through the single sign-on process.

Access the electronic Sponsored Project Activity Request through the E-Forms System at:

https://public.wsu.edu/~forms/eforms.html

Employees who have previously used the online Travel Expense Voucher or Request for Shipment of Merchandise will find the new form easy to process. Those new to electronic forms may attend training conducted by the staff of the Office of Procedures, Records,  and Forms. Employees may sign up for the training through the HRS website at:

Those with questions about the new electronic form may contact the Office of Procedures, Records, and Forms at 509-335-2005 or Sponsored Programs Services at 509-335-2058.
