June 4 Workplace Communication: Giving and Receiving Feedback

How does your communication style impact others? How can effectively provide feedback that is appropriate, excepted, and acted upon? This course reviews the development stages of teams and emphasizes the importance of clear communication in the workplace. It includes an interactive survey to help participants determine their personal communication styles. Special attention is devoted to identifying different communication styles and the skills required to give effective feedback. This training takes place on Wed., June 4, from 1:30-4 p.m. This session will be presented locally in Pullman and available statewide via AMS Videoconferencing.
