We will be holding consumer sensory panels to evaluate beef quality on Tuesday, May 6, and Thursday, May 8. The sessions will begin at 11 a.m. in room 146 of the WSU Food Science & Human Nutrition Building, and will continue until 60 people have completed the evaluation each day. Participants are encouraged to participate in both panels. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
