“Teaching Precalculus and Calculus with Interactive Figures”Interactive Figures can help students develop an intuitive, geometric understanding of important precalculus and calculus principles that stick with them beyond the final exam. Eric Schulz and Lyle Cochran will discuss the effects that using such tools have had on their instruction as well as students’ reactions to them. They will also discuss how exercises and videos that accompany these figures help reinforce their use in lecture.
