Learn to Taste White Wine

You are invited to join a panel of subjects who will be trained to evaluate the aroma and flavor characteristics of white wine. You must be 21 years of age to join the panel. There will be six training sessions directly followed by formal evaluations.  Panelist training sessions will be M,W  from 9:30-11 a.m. starting Monday, March 31 and ending Wednesday, April 16 (total 9 hours training).

Formal evaluation sessions will start on Monday, April 21 (the timing will be decided by the panel, once established). You will receive a coupon for Ferdinand’s Creamery after each session and a small gift at the end of the panel.
