You are invited to our Smoked Trout Taste Panel on Wednesday, March 5, beginning at 10 a.m. and going until 2 p.m. (or until we run out of samples).

We are looking for 48 volunteers to evaluate the sensory quality of smoked trout. You must be over 18 years of age to participate. You may participate one or both days. The tasting session will take about 15 minutes.
