Nina Katchadourian, Visiting Artist Presentation – Feb. 25

American artist Nina Katchadourian will talk about her work in a free, public lecture, “All Forms of Attraction,” at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 25, in the CUB auditorium at Washington State University.

Her art, which has been exhibited nationally and internationally, includes photography, sculpture, video and sound. She is on the faculty at the Gallatin School of Individualized Study at New York University.

In April, “Sorted Books” was published by Chronicle Books on the 20-year anniversary of Katchadourian’s “Sorted Books” project. She is represented by Catharine Clark Gallery in San Francisco, which is featuring her art in an exhibit through Feb. 22 (https://cclarkgallery.com/).

Nina’s lecture is sponsored by the WSU fine arts department, its visiting artist program and the WSU visual, performing and literary arts committee.
