The Iron Chef Throw Down turns up the heat in dining centers again as chef and student teams compete for bragging rights and a spot in the final showdown. The first round is Feb. 19, 5:30 p.m. at Southside Café. Come watch the Northside Café and Catering teams wield their culinary skills, and enjoy samples of their delicious creations crafted from surprising mystery ingredients.
