CCE Public Forum Reflection, V-Day: Helping Women Live Freely

One in six women will be stalked during their lifetime according to a Presidential Proclamation from Dec. 2013. What can we do to reduce this number and reduce other forms of harassment? How is harassment changing over time, and what is the impact? These are some difficult questions we must ask ourselves today. Join the Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) in an open forum on Feb. 13, 5-7 p.m. in Butch’s Den to discuss harassment, how the Pullman community is affected by it, and what Women’s Transit and similar organizations are doing to put an end to it. Visit cce.wsu.edu to learn more and register for this event.
