1 Billion Rising

1 Billion Rising for Justice is a global call for men and women everywhere to make a stand against violence towards women and girls. University Recreation and WSU V-Day are offering a free Zumba class to give WSU students the opportunity to participate in this worldwide event. According to the 1 Billion Rising website, “one in three women on the planet will be raped or beaten in her lifetime.”  On Feb. 14, make your voice heard.
