PEBB Eligible Employees: REMINDER – Turn in FSA and DCAP Forms!

If you wish to enroll, or re-enroll in the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or the Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) for 2014, you must enroll online no later than Nov. 30, or complete and return the 2014 enrollment form by Wednesday, Nov. 27, the last working day of the month.  To enroll in the FSA plan, you must be enrolled in the classic or value plans, and cannot be enrolled in a Consumer Direct Health Plan.
