PEBB Eligible Employees: Changes to the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Dependent Care Assistant Program (DCAP) for 2014

Beginning January 1, 2014, the FSA and DCAP benefits will be offered under a new vendor:  Flex-Plan Services, Inc.  Visit their webpage at www.pebb.flex-plan.com.The outgoing vendor, ASI-Flex, will continue to administer all claims for FSA and DCAP expenses submitted for 2013, including claims being sent during the annual FSA grace period from January 1st – March 15th.

Note: If an employee elects to enroll in a CDHP for 2014, there will be no FSA grace period and they will need to claim their FSA contributions no later than December 31, 2013.

Additionally, WSU is now offering the option to enroll in these benefits via paper form or online enrollment. Please go to the “2014 Open Enrollment Forms and Online Changes” section at the following webpage to enroll:  https://hrs.wsu.edu/openenrollment2014.
