Northside Team Wins the Iron Chef Championship

Yesterday in the Iron Chef Championship round, chefs from Northside Cafe and Catering services chopped, sliced, steamed and stir-fried their hearts out to win the title. A panel of student judges and a bustling dining room full of curious onlookers watched as the chefs crafted unusually delicious dishes from a basket full of mystery ingredients including skittles, sun chokes, chai seeds, dried dates, eye round steak and vegan sausage. After judges and spectators sampled creations from both teams, Northside emerged as the champion culinary team.
