Address Change Form for Nov. 25 Paycheck

As a service to the WSU community who lives in residence halls or university owned apartments and wishes to update their mailing address for their Nov. 25 paycheck, submit the completed Address Change Form by Nov. 20 to Payroll Services zipcode 1024 or scan/email to payroll@wsu.edu or fax to 509-335-1492. Form is at this link: https://www.wsu.edu/payroll/
