What were some of the University’s most noteworthy contributions to the public good during the past year?
How will plans to advance the OneWSU concept strengthen the university’s ability to meet the needs of state residents, students, faculty and staff?
What are WSU’s plans to address systemic racism moving forward?
Those are just a few of the topics WSU President Kirk Schulz and Provost Elizabeth Chilton will discuss during the 2021 virtual State of the University event beginning at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 23.
Schulz will open the event with a brief recap of the university’s top achievements from the past year, then he and Chilton will engage in a fireside chat that explores the future of the WSU system.
The event is part of Showcase 2021, the annual week-long series of events that began March 22 to celebrate the scholarly achievements of faculty, staff and students.
