Nominations invited for 2018 AP Contribution Award

Nominations are currently being taken for the 2018 Administrative Professional Contribution Awards.

The awards recognizes an employee’s exceptional contributions to WSU and their area or unit.

Exceptional is defined as beyond the expected or required performance, if an AP has made a unique difference, or if the AP had far-reaching, impelling or compelling impact to their work area.

Nominations can highlight contributions made by the employee that address (but not limited to): productivity; innovative problem solving; positive working relationships; and/or university or community service.

This year nominations will remain open until March 23. A complete nomination packet includes a nomination statement and two letters of support for the nominee. The awards will be given out May 10 during the Administrative Professional Advisory Council (APAC) meeting. There will be six $1,000 awards selected based on representation and work location.
