Jan. 12-Feb. 8: Emotionally powerful exhibit focuses on child loss

RICHLAND, Wash. – The emotionally powerful, poignant “Empty Photo Project,” created by Washington State University Tri-Cities student Susana Butterworth, that details the tragic and emotional experience of what it is like to lose a child, will be on display from Jan. 12-Feb. 8 in the WSU Tri-Cities Art Gallery.

Holocaust and genocide topics of art exhibit

RICHLAND — Akiva Kenny Segan’s reception and presentation of his Holocaust art exhibit is set for Oct. 15-31 at WSU Tri-Cities. Admission to all events is free and open to the public.


A reception with Segan will follow the unveiling on Oct. 15 at 5p.m.


The title of his work,”Wings of Memory: The Holocaust & Genocide Art
of Akiva Kenny Segan” will be on display in the Consolidated Information Center. The exhibit will be on display untill Oct. 31 and is part of the fall 2007 Liberal Arts Season.
