PULLMAN, Wash. – All auto traffic except emergency vehicles will be prohibited on Terrell Mall and parts of Library Mall during a series of trials intended to increase pedestrian safety at Washington State University.
Fines assessed for drop-offs on pedestrian malls
WSU pedestrian mall areas have been expanded, and drivers are reminded that unauthorized vehicles can be fined for driving in the areas, even to drop off passengers.
