Contribution award recipients honored

The Administrative Professional Advisory Council (APAC) held a reception Thursday, May 8, 2008 to honor the recipients of the 2008 Administrative Professional Contribution Awards.  This award recognizes WSU administrative professional (AP) individuals who have contributed beyond their expected or required performance in their area/unit, for the university and the community by making a unique difference and/or their efforts have had a far reaching impact.

UREC,CSLC programs featured by Learning Reconsidered

PULLMAN— Learning Reconsidered, a national higher education publication, has selected three WSU initiatives to be published on its Web site. The initiatives have been selected as examples of innovative programs that support student learning through knowledge acquisition, integration and application. Learning Reconsidered is a publication for student personnel administrators that focuses on the discussion of the integrated use of higher education resources in the education for the student as a whole.
