EVERETT, Wash. – The origins of heirloom vegetables, how to grow them and a seed swap will be part of a presentation by author and garden blogger Bill Thorness at 7-9:30 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, in the Washington State University Snohomish County Extension Cougar Auditorium in McCollum Park, 600 128th St. SE, Everett.
