Seminar to introduce businesses to exporting

SEATTLE – A seminar title “New to Export” will be presented by the Washington Small Business Development Center and International Trade Alliance March 16-18 in Seattle.

 

The seminar is designed for small- and medium-sized businesses that want to generate or expand sales in international markets. The program will provide the primary information and resources needed to understand how to export products or services. It will cover such topics as:

 

finding an international market

distributing products

advertising and selling to a different culture

financing and making a profit

obtaining certifications

regulations and intellectual property issues
