Governor reappoints Cowles, Stone to Board of Regents

Christine Gregoire has reappointed Washington State University regents Elizabeth Cowles of Spokane and Rafael Stone of Seattle to the board for additional five-year terms.Cowles currently serves as president of the Board of Regents; Stone was her predecessor as president.
