Sept. 28: Board of Directors of WSU affiliate GOLD to meet

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Board of Directors of Global Operations and Leadership Development (GOLD), a non-profit corporation affiliated with Washington State University, will hold its annual meeting on Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at 2:00 pm. The meeting will be held in the French Administration Building, Room 422, at Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.

The purpose of the meeting is to receive annual updates from GOLD’s subsidiary corporations, conduct corporate business, elect directors to its subsidiary corporations, elect officers, approve minutes, establish the 2017 annual meeting date, and discuss other corporate business, as needed.
