Lawn display created by art integration class

PULLMAN – Students in the teacher preparation course created a Safe Space symbol out of leaves on Nov. 3.The lawn display can be seen from the windows and patio of Cleveland Hall and the Education Addition building.
 
Students chose the Safe Space symbol to display their commitment to providing an atmosphere of acceptance and assistance at the WSU College of Education.
 
Shanti Scutt- Norman, art teacher at Pullman’s Lincoln Middle School helped students in assistant professor Pauline Sameshima’s art integration class, to create the Safe Space Symbol with leaves.
