Learn how to make up for lost sleep

SPOKANE – The Sleep and Performance Research Center at WSU Spokane is hosting a lecture entitled “Recovery from Sleep Debt” on Nov. 4, from 11 a.m. to noon.

Dr. Siobhan Banks from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, will discuss results from recent studies and shed light on the question of whether we can make up for lost sleep, and how.

The lecture is free and open to the public. It will be held in Academic Center room 245 at 600 N Riverpoint Blvd.
