Students travel, show spirit

PULLMAN – With help from President Elson S. Floyd, WSU alumni and various faculty and staff, four WSU students traveled across the country, bringing with them the heart of Cougar spirit.

On the eve of March 24, students Kyle Williams, Bryce Peters, Josh Williams and Mitch Frazier decided to road trip to the Sweet Sixteen basketball game.

The journey was made possible with a donated vehicle from 3B’s Moving and Storage, shirts from the Shirt Shack and financial support from President Floyd and others. Thousands of miles, a few hamburgers and $800 dollars later, the group made it to the North Carolina area.

The students said the real reason they did it was to show Cougars are great fans.
