PULLMAN – The Board of Regents Executive Committee of Washington State University will hold a special meeting on Nov. 8, beginning at 2:30 p.m.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider a matter that should not be delayed until the board’s next regularly scheduled meeting: a delegation of authority to the president to approve a contract.
