Spokane, Wash.—The weather was wonderful and the enthusiasm contagious as WSU Spokane faculty, staff, and students joined efforts today to beautify campus in celebration of Cougar Pride Days 2007.

More than 35 volunteers divided the duties of planting trees, cleaning up the river bank, painting over graffiti, and cleaning up the undeveloped areas of campus. ASWSU leadership also provided cupcakes after the clean-up efforts in honor of WSU’s birthday.
